The real reason we are writing this review of Pat is because of how she helped us when things went wrong. We have previously bought and sold numerous properties without major incident. In this case, we were trying to purchase an estate property, and there was some sort of dispute between the heirs and the trustee which took nearly a year to resolve! Pat was there every step of the way, even attending court sessions to keep us informed of the situation, and helping to handle all of the small items that came up during our unexpected year of trying to purchase the property. And there were numerous obstacles that popped up. Hopefully, when you buy/sell your house, it will go smoothly. And Pat will be great in helping you. But if things go poorly, then you NEED Pat to help you with your purchase/sale. We simply cannot imagine what things would have been like had we not had Pat working with us!
