Pat was extremely professional and helpful during our home purchase search. The sellers of our home were not the most pleasant or honest people, however Pat immediately stepped in and assisted. She was a pleasure to work with.

Pat is a standout in her profession and I was lucky to be referred to her approximately January 2013. I was looking for a small home in the NJ shore area and she emailed me details of various homes almost daily, & took me to see all the ones I expressed interest in. Pat Mayer is an amazing realtor. Two things a realtor must have are attention to detail and a great spreadsheet of connections, and Pat has both of these.

The real reason we are writing this review of Pat is because of how she helped us when things went wrong. We have previously bought and sold numerous properties without major incident. In this case, we were trying to purchase an estate property, and there was some sort of dispute between the heirs and the trustee which took nearly a year to resolve! Pat was there every step of the way, even attending court sessions to keep us informed of the situation, and helping to handle all of the small items that came up during our unexpected year of trying to purchase the property. It was minutes after it was put on the market, it was a sunny Saturday afternoon in the spring, after all regular work hours, we were enjoying the weather at a BBQ and Pat called saying, “This is the one!” Hours later, early the next morning, we were the first “buyers” to see the house, Pat made sure of that! We were under contract hours later and I am writing this review 7 months later, from my absolute dream home. Even though we were first time home-buyers, Pat made sure we were educated and prepared for every obstacle we were about to face. Pat Mayer is an exceptional person and real estate agent in every aspect. From the moment I met Pat, I instinctively knew that Pat was “the” agent for selling the Estate property. Why? At my first meeting with Pat, she spent considerable and thoughtful time explaining her experience with the Manasquan real estate market, her qualifications in successful sales, and details regarding the necessary particulars that are important for the sale of the exclusive property in Four Seasons at Wall. Why was this so particularly important? As an estate co-executor, I reside out of state along with my cousin, and had no familiarity with Manasquan, New Jersey or its real estate market. To compound this, the home became vacant due to the loss of a loved one in the thick of Covid-19 and travel restrictions that made site visits impossible. Upon retaining Pat as realtor, most of the communications were done electronically or via phone. This was quite an undertaking particularly since a number of repairs had to be made on the property to ready it for sale. To facilitate this, Pat provided me with a list of trusted contractors a number of which were utilized (plumbing, electrical, estate sales, locksmith, …), and each of the contractors hired did an exceptional job. Due to my remote situation, Pat facilitated access to all of the contractor’s site visits often on a moment’s notice. Pat always responded expeditiously and gracefully. The moment the home was ready, Pat immediately began showing the property and we were fortunate to close in short time. I am forever grateful to Pat and her team for always being there to support us in the most challenging times. Pat is a stellar agent and an absolutely lovely and delightful woman. I would retain Pat again in a heartbeat!
